A must for a busy family
This microwave is spacious and cooks the food evenly. What is very useful is if something requires to done at 800 this machine can do it if you need to cook something at 700w it can do that too because there is a range of different wattage so this is where it is value for money no more guess work. With it being a flat bed it is very easy to keep clean, with the microwave that have a turntables eventually it wears a grove where the paint comes away and looks unsightly but not with this flat bed. The defrost setting on this microwave is great too with my previous microwave I found that even set on defrost sometimes the item looked like it was starting to cook but this one there is none of that it defrosts perfectly So I have the confidence to use the defrost setting knowing that is what the machine has done, so no more need to get something out of the freezer in advance because I have the confidence that the machine will defrost it perfectlyThe instructions are easy to use the flat bed is easy to keep clean and because there are a range of wattage this machine is great value for money

Very easy to use
This was a bit bigger than I thought it was going to be, but we have soon got used to it. It seems strange to not see the food turning around, but it heats up very well. No hot spots. We only switch it on when we need it. You do have to set the clock to use it, but if it’s only to heat something up, the time doesn’t have to be exact. Haven’t used all its programmes yet, but very pleased with it so far. Does well to thaw out bread without making it feel crispy. It cost a bit more, but definitely worth it.

Superb microwave.
This is the best microwave I’ve ever had. I find it very easy to use. It looks lovely and my square plates fit beautifully. Much much better than a microwave with a turntable.

BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!
I am so glad I bought this! I've always had Hotpoint washing machines which I consider the best and once bought a Hotpoint vacuum cleaner which was not that good. So I was a bit 'dubious' when I saw this microwave, thinking maybe they should just stick to washing machines. However...I am so impressed! It's 800W the same as my last one, but seems to have more power. Food heats very evenly (I didn't even need to stir on 4 mins) and It's a DODDLE to clean. I love it!Pros....to many to mentionCons...The clock and cooking timer lights a bit dull when you close the door ( but that's only if you have Mr Magoo eyes like mine lol.I've used a round and a rectangular dish to reheat food and it does the job perfectly. Will try a square one soon. The space inside is fantastic. Can't say enough good things about it without getting stopped for having too many characters!

Great design and ease of use...
Bought this for my elderly mother, whose old microwave gave up the ghost. She always found the glass plate thingy hard to clean and put back correctly so decided to go with this flat bottom, no-plate design (which I didn’t know was a thing until I started looking for a new one). My mum is really pleased with the design and ease of cleaning and, equally importantly for her, it has a very simple one button operation that she can use with ease. Not the cheapest microwave you can buy but I feel it was definitely money well spent.

Brilliant
It's so handy not having a turntable. You can fit so much more in at the same time and so easy to clean.

I've ordered it and still not disappointed. The flatbed design is a amazing future
I'm very demanding on goods quality. I have made of researches looking for a flatbed microwave for myself, also I've visited department stores to look at and touch microwaves on the counter. This was the only microwave of a decent quality I've found. I've ordered it and still not disappointed. The flatbed design is a amazing future. The microwave heat food evenly. All other futures are excellent and work perfectly. The built quality is excellent, what is rare now.Note: my microwave has a yellow display (ordered here on Amazon from Co-op Electrical).Hope it helps.
