The well-balanced composition of Rohrer & Klingner inks make for an optimal, smooth ink flow and are fast drying. Review: Gorgeous pink-purple ink, reasonably wet, no feathering - One of my favourite inks! I use it in a Pilot Custom 74 and it's the perfect wetness. There is no feathering or bleed through on Clairefontaine ivory paper and it's never caused me any trouble. In general, it's a very saturated ink with not much shading. Not water resistant, so stains are easy to clean. Highly recommended! Review: Love the colour and the writing experience - Excellent ink - writes easily (slightly more fluid than Waterman ink), and looks gorgeous (slight metallic gold hint, lots of colour variation within letters). Worth the extra money over Waterman ink. Highly recommended. ## Features - 50ml bottle of classical iron gall writing ink suitable for pens, quills and other calligraphy instruments - Rohrer & Klingner inks are made from high-quality, brilliant colourants, specially treated water, and natural ingredients - Well-balanced composition makes for optimal smooth ink flow - Available in a range of 18 different colours - Made in Germany ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B004MNX7EW | | Best Sellers Rank | 509,433 in Stationery & Office Supplies ( See Top 100 in Stationery & Office Supplies ) 3,752 in Pen Refills | | Brand | Rohrer & Klingner | | Brand Name | Rohrer & Klingner | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 74 Reviews | | Ink Colour | Solferino | | Item Volume | 50 Millilitres | | Item volume | 50 Millilitres | | Manufacturer | Rohrer & Klingner | | Manufacturer Part Number | 40340 | | Model Number | 40340 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of items | 1 | | Package information | Bottle | | Paint Type | dyes | | Paint type | dyes | | Unit Count | 50 millilitre | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rohrer & Klingner - **Item volume:** 50 Millilitres - **Manufacturer:** Rohrer & Klingner - **Package information:** Bottle - **Paint type:** dyes ## Images ![*since 1892* Fountain Pen Ink - Solferino - 50ml - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41SIvf1ZR7L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gorgeous pink-purple ink, reasonably wet, no feathering *by I***E on 28 April 2024* One of my favourite inks!
