I use it mainly for birdwatching and it has enhanced my experience. Colours are much crisper. More detail can be picked out at both lower and higher magnifications. I would say this eyepiece has transformed the Celestron scope into one which I doubt I would have to upgrade unless I was going to go for one of the high end scopes at £1500 plus. It makes the Celestron better than other mid price scopes I have used. Fit is easily achieved and adapters come with the eyepiece. Well worth the money. One tip...find the English language descriptive manual online before you order as only the German version came with my order.
