Awesome
Never opened the packet. I returned them the next day, they were nice headphones however they were clearly not over the ear and quite small. But they were great for the money.

An amazing headphone from Philips that seems to have gone unnoticed
These are amazing headphones. I have a Momentum On-Ear that I bought solely based on hype and never really got to like because of their harsh and thick V-shaped sound and the fact that they look ridiculous on most peoples' heads. The SHL3565, which I bought after spending almost an hour comparing them against at least a dozen headphones from AKG, Beats, Sennheiser, JVC, Pioneer, Sony ... of any price available in my local shop, are the complete opposite of the Momentums. The SHL3565's sound is balanced, coherent, transparent, liquid and clear. They have plenty of bass but it never feels too much and never draws your attention away from the rest of the instruments. Same for the highs - they are there but they never get shrill and with singers that might sound too sibilant on other headphones (on Momentums - they all do) you still register the sibilance but it never gets annoying. The SHL3565 are also much easier to drive than the Momentums and sound quite a bit louder at the same volume setting. At the same time the SHL3565 sound much cleared than the Momentums at low volume, despite of the fact that the Momentums sound like the loudness filter is permanently on.The SHL3565 sit much more securely on the head due to the larger contact cushions and the stronger clamping force, The Momentum's cushions, however, are made of a much more comfortable suede-like material that feels breathable and doesn't get hot or damp. The SHL3565 block outside sound much better than the Momentums and I suppose they also leak sound much less.To me the SHL3565 is clearly superior to Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear in almost any aspect, even if they were the same price. The fact that the SHL3565 is much cheaper is a nice bonus.Judgement gets a bit more difficult when you compare the SHL3565 to my other headphones - Sennheiser HD650 on a good DAC/Amp (Benchmark DAC1, in my case), They clearly have different sound signatures with the SHL3565 having more open and forward mids and more in your head sound (due to being closed headphone, obviously). The HD650 seem to have more extended low and high frequency responce and a wider soundstage. Anyway, I haven't compared them diligently enough to make a statement, but let me put it this way - while the Mometums sound immediately inferior to the HD650, the SHL3565 sound just different.Being around the ear, the HD650 is more comfortable.

Great sound quality. Does not work with call centers
Great isolation and sound quality for the price. Great product. Perfect for calling mum. Doesn't work well if you are calling a calling system such as a conference call or bank for example as the headphones create feedback sound for the callee and make it hard for them to hear.
