I have used it for walking along a roadside cycle/pedestrian track.Front and back light bars can be set to different colours, flashing or solid.Access to the charging ports is a bit fiddly but this keeps them out of the rain.I wear them with the front light low down to light the path ahead. The light cast is spread out and faint. It's enough to make out the edges of potholes. If you want a pathfinder light, add a purpose designed light to this ensemble.Having built in batteries it's not a good idea to store in a car during extremes of weather. Pop them in a bag that you take out to the car for each journey.The reflective bands keep you safe when the lights go out. Even at its smallest once you’ve adjusted it, it hangs off me (UK size 8).
