It has worked even better while my wife exercised. My wife talks about it all the time ! She did mention that it did have a chalky taste when she first made her shakes which threw her off in the beginning but now she made it her own special kind of shake. As it says on their website you can add more fruits to your liking & thats what my wife did. She favors bananas so thats what she added to it & instead of specially “low fat milk” she wanted to add more flavor by replacing the reg. low fat milk with almond milk. I can’t lie she has given me a shake or two & it was really good . I def would recommend.
