It is quite stiff, so very easy to cut to size and pin into position. Once you’ve sewn your design, just wet the waste canvas and fabric, dab dry with a towel and remove with tweezers one thread at a time (it doesn’t take as long as you’d think!). Start pulling threads in the direction of the blue threads first and this makes it easier. I’ve only used it for small designs but I’m sure it would work just as well for larger patterns.
