Have been taking these for a good few weeks with other cholesterol control items, at present it doesn't appear to have reduced cholesterol level but I think the time frame may not be long enough.  See how next blood test is and decide whether to continue then.  Think there may be some benefit if you have already got your cholesterol under control as it does clearly state for use by those who have cholesterol already within the normal range - by hey if you don't try you won't find out.

I tried these pills a few years ago. They had no positive effect on my cholesterol levels whatsoever. From what I can see it's a scam.
