## Description

Greenlee Slug-Busters can be used on mild steel up through 10 gauge (3.5 mm). Application: Punch mild steel, aluminum, fiberglass and plastic. Hole size is outside diameter of US conduit sizes. Example: 1/2-Inch conduit size punch actually makes a 7/8-Inch hole. Driver Kit include the Greenlee 1-Inch Hex Ratchet Wrench allows use with both 3/8-Inch (9.5 mm) and 3/4-Inch (19.1 mm) draw studs. Includes the six most come punches and dies and a high impact carrying case.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will it cut a stainless steel sink?**
A: The greenlee website claims it will cut mild steel. I've used mine for electrical power panels. It would probably work on a thin sink but they sell stainless Punch's for stainless materials.

**Q: Plastic knockouts are very difficult to remove from this tool. Is there an easy way to remove them for someone that may need to do a couple dozen/day?**
A: The only thing I can think of is and making sure you're taking the punch completely off the threads before you try to remove the plastic and hopefully it's splitting them in two.  Punch set but typically when I'm dealing with plastic I use a very good hole saw kit..  cuz I seen the plastic boxes split if they get extremely cold

**Q: Can I use a 1/2" battery powered impact to drive the studs instead of the wrench? Or will the studs just break using an impact on em like that?**
A: I've never used an impact and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are cutting through sheet metal or very thin walled steel or aluminium.
