I'm a big fan of allulose, one of the newest sugar free substitutes that does not spike blood sugar and does not upset my stomach. Can use it for cooking, treats, ice cream, drinks and even sweeten coffee. This is like a healthy sugar if there was such a thing.Powdered sugar usually contains cornstarch, cornstarch then turns into sugar. Very happy that is mix has no cornstarch. You always want to store sugar or sugar substitutes in a sealable container or jar. This blend has a resealable bag, I just squeeze the air out and zip it back close. This blend is a must have for anyone on a low carb or keto diet.Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. The Allulose in this is not as sweet as the Stevia 100% Natural is. This takes teaspoons compared to 1/8th of a teaspoon and is still is sweet enough. I am disappointed with it.

This is a slightly odd product, a bit like a very fine superfine sugar. It is a bit coarser than powdered sugar (and contains no starch), so it won’t act quite like powdered sugar in most uses. It is sweet, and not unpleasant, but it doesn’t really taste like sugar.I think this is best suited to mixing into cold drinks (where the fine texture will help it dissolve), and perhaps dusting over desserts (although you will have to see if the flavor works for you). It should work in recipes that call for granulated sugar, but the measurements may be different since this is a finer texture. I would use caution in trying this in recipes that call for powdered sugar (you may need to make other adjustments if the starch in powdered sugar is important for the recipe), and given the cost I would not use it for the recipes that call for large amounts.

As someone who has been trying to avoid regular sugar but who also has quite a sweet tooth, finding just the right sugar substitute that tastes good and is satisfying has been quite a journey. This SweetLeaf Indulge Powder is such a wonderfully tasty blend of allulose, inulin, stevia, and monk fruit. The texture is like powdered sugar, and it dissolves really well. I have tried using it in my coffee, tea, and in some fresh lemonade. It works so well in beverages, hot or cold. I also sprinkle some of this on my cereal, and it has just the right amount of sweetness. I’ve found that just using a one-to-one ratio of this powder compared to what I would use with regular sugar accomplishes just the flavor I’m looking for. In fact, I can actually use a little bit less, and it still achieves a nice sweet taste. I haven’t used it in baking yet, but I’m going to try it in some of my favorite breakfast muffins and see how it does. For now, I am really enjoying the versatility and quality of this product, and the nice resealable bag makes it very convenient to use.

If you're looking for something to sweeten your foods and beverages, this is not a product that I would recommend.I can hardly tell there is anything at all in my coffee. I usually use a tsp. of sugar to sweeten it, and even after doubling this amount, I still have to add a sweetner because this is just unbelievably flat. With my other monk fruit_stevia mix, I can use slightly less than a tsp to achieve the taste I desire. There doesn't seem to be a cloying aftertaste with this product but again, it just knocks off the bitterness a bit and that's about it.

I have bought three different brands of allulose over the past couple years and this one is not much different. I can discern no difference in taste between this and the others.After trying almost every kind of artificial sweetener on the market from saccharine to aspartame, from erythritol to stevia blends, allulose is the only one that works for me that doesn't have any health warnings attached to it. I can discern little or no aftertaste from the added stevia extract with this brand.The price of allulose seems to have gone up a lot over the past year. Also, I've experienced serious shortages at the local market when I shop for it. I don't use much of it, just for coffee and an occasional boost of sweetness if needed. It's unfortunate that this is one of those items that has apparently been affected by the economy.Allulose doesn't currently seem to be as popular as the other sweeteners, so it can be a challenge to find. I got tired of chasing it down around town and bought a subscription for every two months to have a pound delivered. This brand seems to be an okay value for what you get, compared with some others I've seen. Thumbs up!
