Worked great for 2001 xr250r!
Carb is very high quality. All the nickle plating looked very nicely done. I did have trouble with the throttle cable plate, the fit just wasn't quite right so I swapped it with the one off my factory carb. The sparkplug that it came with is not for an xr... not sure what it's for. The petcock looks lit it would work but i left my factory one in place. As for the fuel filter, I didn't use that either as I didn't see the point. I'll be purchasing another one of these for my other xr250r and possibly a 3rd for a crf230f which I belive has the same carb.10/10 would recommend for replacing a factory xr250r carb that had bad fuel left in it!
