My daughter absolutely love this trampoline. It did take a few adults to put it together. So far it’s been holding up through strong winds and rain.

Very happy with this trampoline for the price. I got the 14ft one and it’s a great size and is sturdy. Relatively easy to put together with two people. Took about 1.5 hours.

I would appreciate it if this can be replaced. It is not safe for the kids and they only used it a few times.

The top fiberglass poles that connect the net to the posts come apart constantly. If I wasn't outside the return window I would request to return it. I thought it was assembly error, but myself, my husband and a friend that assembles trampolines as a side-job cannot figure out why they won't stay connected. I worry about one of the poles shooting out and hitting a kid. It definitely affects the overall sturdiness of the trampoline.

Bought the 14 ft trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Shipping was a week earlier then first stated which was great. I had 2 small screws missing so i contacted the company via email. They replied very quickly to address my issue. They then sent me the parts I needed I had them in 2 days. They are a great company to work with and I would recommend to everyone. The trampoline is awesome very well built and safe.

Great trampoline. Only problem is the top of 1 snap enclosure on bar continuously pops when someone over 100 lbs jumps. Very annoying!!

Since getting this set up the grandkids spend every moment bouncing and jumping…so glad I got this for them as they have outgrown the swing set
