The flavor of the banana bread is pretty spot on. The nutrition facts are phenomenal. Having 21 grams of protein for PEA protein is amazing. It has a slight texture to it, but I think that's to be expected with pea protein. It stirs in very well (even with just a spoon!), but not perfectly. MyProtein whey protein isolate stirs in perfectly. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is there's a slight chemically taste which I believe is brought on my the cinnamon. Aside from the chemically flavor, I think it's as perfect as it could possibly be for pea protein. Also, it might be a little pricey for PEA protein, even though it's high quality stuff. While I might not be using this to drink as protein shakes every day, I think I'll likely use it to add some protein to my banana bread recipe.
