RAK Tonique Fully Back To Wall Close Coupled Comfort Height Toilet Soft Close Seat

I wanted a back to the wall toilet and found this in a plumbers catalogue. Much better value from Amazon. Delivery info stated it was to be delivered by Royal Mail. I thought that would be interesting! Was with me in days. I haven't had the problem with flushing a previous reviewer had and am very pleased. In fact, it is quite a robust flush. I find it always flushes fully, even on the short flush. Both the lid and the seat close very quietly.

I like everything about this toilet except that it doesn't cope very well with large amounts of solid waste. This is due to the small aperture for waste to be flushed away. Takes 2 or 3 flushes for it to be removed.

absolutely love our toilet, looks amazing, seat is very comfortable. Finishes off our new bathroom. We were a little hesitant to order a toilet on amazon but so pleased we did, great product.

Ordered two of these for a job I did. One had a faulty fill valve which had to be replaced. The other one's fill valve works, but only just. The mechanism is too stiff and doesn't open and close consistently. If it were just one W/C, I might put it down to bad luck. But two with almost exactly the same problem. It is a pity because otherwise, they are decent toilets at a good price.

Was a little worried that it wouldn’t be as high quality as ones from bathroom stores. To be honest it’s really good quality and easy to fit

looks great now its fitted with the extra height even better, and the soft close lid,the grandchildren will not be able to slam this one down. delivered the day stated and very friendly service.had no carrying to do.
