This paper and Scribzee system take note taking to a new level!
As an advanced degree student I have found this to be an essential study tool. I can see that it would be helpful to students of all ages. I have purchased numerous items from this line (spirals, hardcover spirals, sticky-notes) and all have been fantastic.

Buy when on offer!
Have purchased these lots of times, but I always wait until they are on offer, £5 for the three jumbo pads. My son uses them for his A level work and won't use anything else. They are often out of stock though, you have to get a few whilst you can. Supermarkets tend to sell one pad of 160 pages for £4, so you can see how good this deal is when on offer. I wouldn't buy them for the £17 odd, but they do last and the quality is amazing. Buy them when they're cheap is my advice!

Great paper! Pad needs work.
I found one of these in my workplace left by some fancy pants business man. It as in lost and found for ages (honestly it was I didn't immediately start using it. Honestly now I didn't)I really loved the smooth thick paper and was like I am gonna get me more of these! But these are a bit annoying. The books kind of fall out of the cardboard and the paper comes out as soon as you write on the next page. you can write on both sides of the paper but it causes the paper to come out. Maybe the fact that they're easy to remove is the whole thing.I would get them again but maybe move the pad in to a ring binder. GOD I LOVE STATIONARY.

Premium paper but not great for rollerballs
I love the heavier weight and feel of a more premium paper when note taking. However this paper does have it's downside. I use uni-ball rollerball pens and found that the ink tends to take longer to dry and can still smudge when you think it is dry.Compared to other types of notepads the ink doesn't bleed as much. I'm guessing it's because the Oxford notepads have a kind of glossy/shiny finish to them which takes longer for the ink to seep through.Writing on both sides is fine without having to worry about ink bleeding through to the other side.Normal biro pens work equally as well. I'm not sure about fountain pens but I think they will suffer the same issue as rollerballs.Haven't used the app which can be used with the notepad as I prefer keeping physical notes

What's Happened?
Oxford Campus has gone downhill massively. I miss their old notebooks, before the scan feature was introduced. The colour of the lines and margins has also changed, and the paper quality isn't as good anymore. :(

So good I’ve used consistently for years
Have used solely this paper for about eight years, through uni and further qualifications. So smooth to write on, thick enough to write on both sides (I use a very inky pen and press very hard so can definitely confirm this). The only paper I’ve found which is thick enough for this. Have gone through reams and reams of it. Extremely easy to remove the pages - would not recommend for those who prefer to keep things in a pad but perfect for me who puts everything in files.Quite disappointed they changed the format, in my opinion the app indication marks and darker lines make the page look messy, but it still has the thickness and smoothness so does the same job I guess. Still given 5 stars as still the best paper on the market.
