Used the product to overcome broken/bruised ribs. Healing time was reduced by significant time. Will continue taking for general health.

The pup (10 years old) was suffering from stiff, achy joints. I gave her one capsule a day (the vet was aware of this) and noticed drastic improvement within 5 weeks (it takes about 8 weeks in humans to notice a difference). She is now running and bouncing around like her young self. This is a much cheaper option than the almost $50 bottle of glucosamine allegedly made for pets. Please remember that I am not a vet. My vet approved of my pup taking this. I should have searched online for possible side effects of MSM prior to ordering. I have discontinued taking MSM after my blood pressure tested 150/90 verses 120/78 previously
