I bought the 15 wide, may have tried the 16 if they made them, but they fit well, broke in easy, had them for quite a few months now, and I work 15 hour shifts walking all day on concrete. My feet do not hurt. These are the best boots I've tried. Will buy again. 9.5 will fit well.
