Obviously its not as powerful as a plug in grinder but easily powerful enough for pretty much any application in a DIY workshop, the noggins are now gone, I leaned on it a bit too much at which point it stopped, I switched it off then on again and it sprang into life, it must be an auto cut out system. I didn't time how long the batteries lasted but I only had to use the second one briefly, one battery did nearly all the work I wanted to do today, I had taken a Third battery from another Worx tool expecting to need that too but that came home untouched.
