Not correct sizing
I where a size 10 ordered a size 11 and still to small. This is the second pair I ordered.Now they say I can’t return them ?Call customer service.

The boots just seem to have a much lower quality than I had expected. I will be returning these.

Good Comfort bad reliability.
Okay, so after using this boot for less than 2 months the right boots has completely shredded it's laces on me, the lacing on the right boot is broken in 3 spots and I have no way of fixing them. I'll be honest that the comfort of the boot is elite but the lacing on the outside of the boot needs a change to it. I returned these and instead invested in a more expensive boot. It's a good boot if you are careful or starting out but I do not recommend this for people who ride aggressively or fast because the laces will break on you.
