Product Description Assembly Adhesive 50 A is a solvent-free, dispersion adhesive for the hard bonding of wall panels, panels, baseboards, insulation, decoration and acoustic boards, cable channels etc. of porous materials, such as wood, Pu-hard foam, chipboard, MDF-plates, hard-PVC, Styrofoam, fibre cement, porous concrete, ceramics and many other building materials. It evens out bumps, is odour-free, can be corrected within a few minutes and can be painted over with aqueous solutions. Density: approx. 50 kg/m² Product Properties-solvent-and siliconfrei-odour-neutral-with aqueous systems. - After 24 – 48 hours resilient. - Initial Tack 50 kg/m² (Fully Glued) Replaces nails and screws. After curing, resistant to moisture – even a few minutes Correctable – Evens out bumps. - Very good adhesion to all common, absorbent construction surfaces such as styrofoam, wood, stone, plaster etc. Good adhesion on metal and plastic, special. PVC. One of the bases must be absorbent. In the case of non-absorbent materials, the initial adhesion is lower and the curing lasts longer. (not use PE, PP, PTFE, silicone and bitumen.)
