Definitely a staple piece in my closet. I love this jacket. Even though it is leather it is not to hot (I live in cali)

The maroon color of this Lapel Collar Faux Leather Jackets Long Sleeve Zipper Open Front Coat is absolutely stunning, truly gorgeous! And when you touch the outside, it's soft, buttery, luxurious. Inside is also soft against the skin. So you can determine the fit, I'm ordinarily a 14 and had ordered an XL (although I think an XXL might have made it less form-fitting when zipped, but I didn't have XXL as an option through my Vine account).I had wondered what it would look like zipped since none of the photos in the product description on Amazon had shown the jacket zipped, so I made sure to show its look zipped; you can see that it doesn't zip all the way up to the shoulder although half of the zipper's teeth continue that high. It stops at a good height, though, and, as my husband commented, the way that inner side fits in, it would make a great motorcycle jacket and keep the rider warm. It did keep me warm with a short-sleeved t-shirt underneath, and I think it's perhaps made to be bodycon when zipped up; I just prefer looser most of the time in my outerwear. I can have that looseness when I wear it as shown and advertised: unzipped so that your body is framed by the "draped, asymmetrical, waterfall collar."What would have made it perfect, a 5? Pockets. Yes, no pockets were advertised or shown, but a pocket for a car key would have been nice, if not on the outside at least on the inside, even a small one for my car key on its fob. I guess I'll have to rely on my pants or purse for carrying the essentials of keys and phone (in a phone protector that's also a wallet). So in case you were were wondering also about pockets, there you go: none. But it's still a gorgeous, soft jacket that's also washable since it's faux leather. I think it's worth getting since it is a statement style that's pretty darn cool.

My ideal size is a Xl petite. I am broader through the shoulders and have been since I was a preteen. The largest this jacket is offered in is a XXL so I went with that. Saodimallsu did a beautiful job with the color choices and the design details on this jacket.I like the look & feel of the pleather. But I haven’t had pleather shipped to me I guess ? Or maybe it was folded over curved cardboard instead of flat folded….anyway, I have really really struggled to get the coat looking somewhat smooth & flat. I have used a steam dryer on low I have used moist very warm towels laid flat, I even tried a hairdryer with a diffuser. It is December and that’s when we wear coats and jackets but I feel like I need to lay this out flat in the hot sun in July or possibly in a hot car during the summer. I’ll continue to hand and look for more options as I really want to wear this when traveling over the holiday.The XXL fits as expected based on the other reviews. There is no stretch as others have mentioned so definitely order up a full size maybe a size and a half and think about how you want this to fit you in the shoulders when selecting the size.

Fits so weird and horrible and it smelled so bad like fish that after I tried it on I had to shower because it made my arms smell like fish

To start out the jacket itself is super cute. Fit is true to size, construction seems great and nice faux leather material. Style is unique and I love it, I want to give it 5 stars so bad but... it smells like fish. Like a very strong fishy smell. I hung it up to air it out hoping airing it out would help, tried wiping it down by hand but dont want to just run it through a washer for fear of damaging it. But that fishy smell makes it unwearable. I have no choice but to chuck it in the washer and hope for the best. If it handle a wash cycle and the smell clears I might change it back to a 5star rating, wish me luck

This is a very stylish and comfortable jacket to wear. It is perfect on those days where you need a lightweight jacket. It seems very well made and I really like the quality. It is a faux leather jacket but the material has a real leather feel to it. I ordered the brown jacket and have worn it numerous times without any issues whatsoever. Easy to take care of, you can wipe it off with a damp soft cloth. I have had many compliments on this jacket. It is a good fit and wears extremely well. I would recommend this jacket.

Nice color, It does a little on the "fake" side; however, it is a very fashionable little jacket. If you are looking for it to look like leather, this isn't for you. Otherwise, it serves it purpose and looks nice with both jeans and dress slacks.
