iPod Touch Armband: Stalion® Sports Running & Exercise Gym Sportband (Jet Black) Water Resistant + Sweat Proof (for Apple iPod Touch 5th & 6th Gen)

I purchased this to hold my iPod Touch while working out at the gym. It is well made, should last a long time, and the seller delivered it promptly, thank you, and the seller has followed the sale with several email requests for reviews (hence this review). Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars as it can use some improvement.This product is simply a generic pouch with a heavy plastic window that has an opening in the back in which the iPod or phone is inserted. There is a small round hole in one end which you can plug headphones through to the iPod. There are 3 issues I have with this item.1. As a generic case, it is not designed specifically to fit my iPod. Because of this it is hard to get to the "Power" button on the end of the iPod to turn it off and on. It is not impossible, you do not need to remove the iPod from the case, it is just very difficult to turn off/on due to the heavy material on the bottom/top of the case.2. The plastic window is made from heavy, somewhat stiff clear plastic, which makes swiping difficult. I understand the reason for the heavy plastic is for durability, but it hinders the operation of the device its intended to protect.3. The iPod is somewhat large all by itself, and then you put it in the case and it is somewhat larger yet, and very stiff. It does not interfere with my movements, its just big and somewhat bulky… and I would like to see a hole for the headphones on the side of the case with the opening. As it is now, the iPod has to be inserted upside down to use the headphone hole, which places the headphone wires on the bottom of your arm, not the top which would be near to your ear…..All in all, it is a well made product, should last several years but it is a little cumbersome on your arm. I do like that the seller is persistent in getting reviews, and I feel confident that should a problem arise, the seller would readily remedy it.mike

Armband came when expected. Fits my arm well. For reference my arm from shoulder to inside elbow is 12 inches. The armband from top to bottom is about 6 1/4 inches. I measured the smallest circumference possible which is about 101/2 in. My iPod generation 5 fits nicely, with some space so it would probably fit something slightly wider and taller , maybe a 1/4 inch each way. Easy to see and use. Hole for headphone jack lines up nicely . It is possible to store extra cord in slit provided. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for . Costs a bit more than I would like, but if it holds up it is worth it. I think this would work for someone who runs but don't know from personal experience. I use it at the gym, rowing machine, weight machines, no problems.

Not a good fit if you have a muscular arm. I'm no hercules but with a 18" bicep this band barely fit my arm but I had to wear it so tight that it would have been uncomfortable to use during a weight training sesssion where you are flexing your arms such as curls or even bench pressing. Probably Ok for runners who have thin bodies and biceps but not a workable armband for anyone with larger than average arms. I returned mine for a refund.

very disappointed! After reading the reviews and comparing it to other armbands I thought I found a great one. But it ripped apart within a month of purchase/wear. I do not have big arms and have to adjust the strap to the tightest possible and it completely separated from the case. Also it does not fit the iPod touch 5th gen securely. It is a little loose within the case...Hoping the "lifetime warranty" is true and that I can get a replacement!

I initially gave this review a one star because when I received it, it was way too small for my arms. I don't have huge arms or anything, but the size was way too small for my arms. I wrote a review complaining of this, and the seller immediately sent me a different one that is more "full size" and it fits me great! The fit and finish is good, and will work well for me. I am removing one star for the fact that this description really should say it is for smaller arms, junior/womens. Other than the description being off, great product and great customer service!

It's of decent quality and came to me fast, but was not for a 5th Gen iPod Touch. It was for an older model that had the headphone jack port on the top-right not bottom left. You have to turn it face-down to get the cord to work. Good for bluetooth but not cables. Not the item in the pictures in the listing.

fits my arm really well and doesn't feel like it would cut off my circulation fits my ipod really well and snug on the pictures it seemed big for my ipod but it actually does really well

My first armband. It is a good armband for the price. Nothing fancy but there is room for both my iPhone and iPod on a long run/walk and the strap is comfortable. I use bluetooth earphones so I can't speak to the wired access point. Tiny drawback is the clear plastic-on walks I like to skip over songs and that takes a bit with the thickness of the clear plastic. Happy with the product and would recommend.
