It's a good read!
Mild spoilers forgive me.First I love the art so much! Gabriel is amazing! I've been a fan of his work since he used to draw them on DA.Second I think Kami is an amazing writer who deeply understands the stories she wants to tell, love her work. Now about the book. I think that Kami has a love of Starfire, and has really developed Robin, Raven, and BB, but I also feel like she was a bit rushed in places since the next book is supposed to be their last. I think DC should have let Kami and Gabriel tell Starfire's story while we know Raven and BB are doing things Starfires timeline is also following parallel to theirs, and then the next book be where they meet up as the Titans, that way they could better get who these characters are to the reader (granted I really wanted to see Robin and Starfire meet, I was kicking my feet in excitement). I deeply enjoyed the moments between Starfire and Blackfire being genuinely loving and supportive sisters it was something I wanted more of and to better see the slow divide between them as they become different people but still have that love for each other, but it came out rushed one moment they are close and the next its later and they are fighting, and then suddenly just cause a group of strangers shows up and says this group is bad, Star believes them, I want to see her own choices to why she trusts these strangers over people in her life, like did she hear them plotting? Are they hiding things and Kori knows but can't prove it? Why? Its very sudden to just be like WELL THE PROTAGS ARE HERE BETTER TRUST EM! We as the reader knows H.I.V.E are the bad guys, but it comes off more of, just because Star doesn't like her sister and mom's boyfriends she would rather trust the Titans then HIVE. I think DC should let Kami and Gabriel set their own limits on the books so they don't need to feel rushed, or drained, or have a hard time getting through. All in all I loved this book so much! Kami and Gabriel are a strong team and you can tell they love and care about these characters like the rest of us, I definitely want more books from them.I also really, desperately need them to do a Robin loves Starfire book. So come on DC let Kami and Gabriel make more books! Though maybe a comic book instead of a graphic novel. Either way make it happen DC.- Review by Robert's daughter

great story for lovers of Starfire!
A lovely, quick read for all lovers of Starfire or this comic series(or Gabriel Picolo's amazing art). I enjoyed the way Starfire was portrayed in this comic, it was very thoughtful and I feel she was given more personality that a lot of other comics I've read her in. I only wish it were longer so I could read her story even more.

Teenage Titans!
Enjoyed the read and loved the art. Been a fan since the Perez days, and this did a nice job for a younger audience.

Starts soooo strong
So Kami has never done a book as good as Raven, but this one has the potential to eclipse it at first, but then kind of dies off in the second half. Kori and her sister are SO WELL done, though, given personalities and flaws that make them REAL. Gabriel's art is incredible, and little nods like the purse based on Silky from the animated series were appreciated. Overall, I'm SOOOOO looking forward to the final book we've been building up to, but I am glad it is the final one, because I feel like the series has lost its drive it had in the beginning.

Cannot recommend this book enough!
Fantastic artwork! I'd expect no less from Gabriel Picolo. The story itself is extremely entertaining and such a good take on the Teen Titans. I'm excited to collect the rest of the series. LOVE IT.Whether you're a fan of the older Teen Titans media, or this is your first introduction to it, this book/series is guaranteed to make its way into your top 5!
