Bad handle! *by J***Y on October 30, 2020* Decent set of taps for the money. Used them to chase threads of weld nuts on the frame of a very dirty and rough-driven 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser with 118,000 miles. No problems with the taps. Cut clean and performed well. Even on stubborn rusty nuts. Worked the 8mm x 1.25 pitch tap very hard. However, the handle is horrible. Does not hold the taps tight. They fall out, especially when lubed with cutting oil. Thus, only 4 stars. I cannot find a tap handle that holds well, especially when using liberal amounts of penetrating oil. Any manufacturer listening?
