## Description

Product description The CORE 12 Person Instant Cabin Tent is a spacious and sturdy camping shelter that offers ample room for a family or large groups of friends. Measuring 18 x 10 feet with a center height of 80 inches, this portable multi room stand up tent provides 180 square feet of floor space and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and your gear. One of the standout features of this tent is its instant set-up design, which allows users to pitch the tent in under two minutes. This is made possible by pre-attached poles that are already in place when the tent is unfolded, and all that is required is to extend the poles and secure the tent to the ground. This means no more fumbling with poles and struggling to assemble the tent, making it ideal for campers who want to save time and energy. The tent is also made from high-quality materials, including a durable 68D polyester fabric. The tent's seams are also sealed to prevent water from entering, ensuring a dry and comfortable interior during rainy weather. The tent's sturdy frame is made from steel and features telescoping poles that are designed to withstand strong winds and other weather conditions. In terms of ventilation, the tent features large mesh windows and vents that allow for ample airflow and help to reduce condensation. The tent also includes a mesh ceiling, which offers a clear view of the night sky and adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of the tent. Inside, the tent is designed with convenience and comfort in mind. It features a spacious interior that is divided into three rooms, providing users with privacy and ample space for storage. The tent also includes multiple storage pockets and a gear loft, making it easy to keep your gear organized and within reach. Overall, the CORE 12 Person Instant Cabin Tent is an excellent choice for family camping or large group campers who value convenience, comfort, and durability. Legal Disclaimer WARNING: KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT SOURCES AWAY FROM THIS TENT FABRIC. This tent is made of flame-resistant fabric which meets CPAI-84 specifications. IT IS NOT FIRE-PROOF. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this tent take on water, when stuff is pushed up against the inside walls, during rain?**
A: Our tents are water resistant not waterproof. We highly suggest that if you want to make your tent waterproof to use a waterproofing spray to ensure that no leaking occurs.

**Q: Does anyone know an email address or phone number to get ahold of this company? I ordered a tent on May 15th and it still has not shipped**
A: If you ordered this on Amazon, you need to reach out to Amazon.

**Q: Are these tents still manufactured over seas or are there any models manufactured in the US?**
A: Hello,
Core products are designed by a team of industrial/graphic designers and product developers here in the United States. Once the design is finalized, it is sent to our overseas manufacturer who builds the design our developers provide for them.

**Q: Does a queen size air mattress fit on both sides and us the center for gear or table? And have three separate areas?**
A: I have a queen size air mattress, one of the 22" tall ones you can get from Intex. It fits in the side rooms just fine, but you wont have much room left afterwards. It leaves about 2 to 3 feet at the foot if the bed (since the walls are angled, it takes up some stand space), but not bad. I love in Florida, and I recommend getting a queen sized cot, if you go that route. That way, the mattress doesn't block the air vents.
