Then i cut it from front (upper part) so that my jaw could move backwards without interfering the front teeth while wearing it (mentioned in 3rd,4th pic) After that i could wear it without any pain. So i would suggest to first wear it for 2-3 hrs while sleeping just to check whether it'll cause any pain or not, in my case my front teeth are all in good shape still it caused pain in one of my front teeth, so it'll definitely cause pain to others also. Then if needed cut out the front part which covers the upper front teeth, which according to me will be definitely needed.
