The shot glasses are real glass and smaller than actual shot glasses. 2-3 numbers are printed on each glass, which can be a bit hard to see if you fill the shot glass with something dark like red wine. The game did not come with instructions, so we just had to figure it out, which wasn't that hard (spin, balls land on 2 colored numbers, whoever's sitting next to those corresponding colored/numbered glasses drink up? simple enough). The "balls" it comes with are small--they look like ball bearings and each is close to the size of a Benadryl pill. We didn't have any issues with the balls landing in the slots, so that was fine. It's just that they're so small, they're easy to lose. I put them in a ziploc to prevent that from happening.
