Was looking to rehab an antique dresser with carved wood flowers and beading that was loosing its luster and the Grecian gold was a perfect match. A stiff brush worked best for this use. **Q: Do you need to apply a clear protective coat after using this product, or can you leave the wax as is?**
A: I leave it as is. But I have only used it on frames and other smalls.

**Q: Can this be used on metal? I'm looking to change up my bathroom and was wondering if I could use this on the towel rack instead of buying a new one**
A: Yes I have used it on metal.   And also a little goes a long way.    Perhaps a clear spray seal or finish would keep it from wearing off after a lot of use
