It must be difficult to arrange sizing since everybody’s legs swell in different amounts but for me, these fit perfectly. I ordered a size 5 and my calf is 18.5 to 19.5 inches depending on swelling.The Thrusterz feel very sturdy. They don’t bunch up or leave deep ridges. They are long enough between the heel and knee, so they don’t slide or roll down. Several other brands of socks I ordered, I didn’t even need to try on. As soon as I remove them from the package, I could see they were too short between the knee and heel.I have tried many socks from Amazon and even though Amazon makes it very easy for returning them, I needed some good compression socks to wear. I am on medication that increases swelling and in 2 days, my feet, ankles and legs were back to normal with Thrusterz. They are comfortable to wear for 12+ hours. In fact, I wore them to bed last week because it was quite cold here.I emailed the company because I would like to get some solid black ones with no grey sewn decorative insert. They responded within 24 hours and said they are planning for more colours. The person will email me when they are available. Great customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Size 5 fits 12W women’s feet & 21” calves! *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2018* I think these fit incredibly well, and most importantly, when I put them on, I feel relief in my arches, ankles & calves from plantar fascitis. I bought these & several other brands well ahead of a long international flight next year so that I could make sure I’d have a great fit and practice putting on and wearing compression socks before 14+ hours of continuous wear. I’m so glad I found a true plus size with these. I’m 5’7”, with size 12W in women’s shoes, and 21” calves at the widest point. These fit my calves without pinching, and come up to just under my knee. The toe area is comfortably roomy, and if anything, the foot portion is just a little too bit long before the heel pocket, so these would fit a bigger foot. I wore these for 8 hours during a house chore day to test them out, and they’re great. My toes got a little bit sweaty but much less than I anticipated. The band at the top didn’t bite or pinch by the end of the day. My legs felt refreshed from the extended blood flow back up my legs. I had some very faint red lines on my calves from the weave but not more than say, sleep wrinkles on my face after sleeping hard on a pillow all night.
