I always have the intention to but just never end up pulling the trigger. This time, I was just so disappointed I needed to be sure not only this company knew, but anyone else thinking about purchasing this luggage set. First off, it’s great looking. The design is fantastic and I love the locking system. But it arrived COVERED in shrink wrap that was almost impossible to peel off and left remnants around the wheels leaving it looking cheap. Which by the way, they are. So far I’ve only used the larger size (standard checked luggage size) and it was DESTROYED when I got it back. The outer shell is flimsy and not only was each corner dented in, but so scratched the grey film color coating was torn away. Such a shame because if these were better made, they’d be the perfect set. Don’t buy unless you’re never going to need to check a bag ever. Both pieces broke on the first trip. They cannot handle being checked on a plane.
