In the past i have used a notebook to jot down recipes i will use again. There is no organization. This recipe book not only has tabs to group your recipes, but I love the individual page of each recipe has a place to give it how many stars you think. That way if i have two of the same type of recipes but like one better i can give it more stars. I love how it is bound and has a thick cover. I may be buying more once i convert all my loose papers into this one!!!

I love this recipe book! I’ve already written some of my recipes in it, and it’s perfect. I love the customizable tabs and the diy table of contents! Overall, I am recommending this to other people that need a book to write down their favorite recipes.

Received my recipe journal yesterday and it is beautiful, I bought it for myself but I might write some of my recipes in and give it as a present, the box it came in was so pretty. It is very sturdy and will last.

This is a very nice quality recipe book, the book is hard covered with a spiral bound, so the pages lay flat when it's opened, each page has a nice stock to it and there are enough pages to write down well over 100 recipes, each pace has a section for ingredients and directions, each page also has sections for prep time, cook time, how many people the recipe will serve and a difficulty scale and rating scale, it also has a notes section, the section are nicely laid out on the page and they have quite a bit of room to write everything down, the book is even broken down into 5 tab section, so you can separate the recipes into meals, desserts ect, overall I think this is a great way to save those handed down family recipes, I am definitely happy with this recipe book, well worth the price in my opinion.

It’s got spiral-bound pages so that it will lay flat, which is perfect for writing and using it while cooking. It begins with a 4-page table of contents, 4 pages of notes, a kitchen conversions section, then five tabbed sections of recipe pages where the various parts are prompted: ingredients, directions, notes, serving size, prep time, cook time, and difficulty level—even a star rating. There’s a folder on the inside back cover for any actual paper recipes you might want to have handy. I think this is a great tool for capturing recipes, and I look forward to filling it up and having a bunch of tried and true recipes at hand!

My youngest brother has begun to revive recipes that we remember from our grandmother, He's made her nut bread, apple cake and other delights and he was excited to receive this blank recipe book I sent him. He can now collect all those scraps of paper on which he hastily wrote down recipes handed down by our mother or brought back from memory... or trial and error. What is special about this book is that it not only holds recipes but memories of our time as children.The recipe book is well-designed with a pocket for recipe cards from other sources and comes in a nice gift box. It can be hard to think of gifts for an adult brother but I think this recipe book hit the spot!

Yeah, I really like this recipe book. It's larger than I thought it would be so there's plenty of room on the pages to write your recipes. You have ingredients and directions sections as well as some space for notes and a title. Ink doesn't bleed through the pages. I appreciate the fact that it's spiral bound so it lays flat. And it's very giftable as it comes in a beautiful box with the same image the cover has. A+++
