Step Up - The Official Dance Workout [DVD]

Very disappointed as I thought this could be a very fun work out but it's way too complex as they expect you to know each dance step/move, you would need to be an experienced dancer to be able to follow the instructor! Not at all how the video advert made it out to be!

The dvd was fine without scraches when I got it and et came to my door after only a few days, works fantastic!

I was looking forward to this as something different, but sadly it's way way way too difficult for me. Admittedly I've got no co-ordination but I couldn't even manage the warm up! Definitely for the more advanced.

It wld take u a long time to learn it all I mean a long time not easy t do at all. It must of took ages t make this wld not recommend this at all.

I love dancing so that's why I picked this DVD. However it was really hard to follow. Not recommend! Unless you are really advance
