Review: Extra velcro straps are needed due to wear - Wore it all day for my usual activities and not a twinge of pain. Very well constructed and a second strap w velcro to keep it fresh and clean. It’s also very trim, not bulky, so as discrete as possible. I’m a retired OT and would not change a thing. One improvement would be offering additional straps. after a few months mine are getting worn and unsightly while the plastic part is perfectly fine.
Review: Nice alternative for $$ - This is a nice alternative to the Push Brace, but the cup that goes around your joint runs a bit small. It has brought some relief for the carpal tunnel and RA pain relief. I especially like the cloth brace that goes under the actual brace, it adds to the overall comfort of this device.

**Q: My hand measures 9" exactly.  Would you recommend the medium or large split?**
A: I "think" I measure 9 inches and the medium was a bit tight at the cup but I was able to open the molded cup up and now it fits perfectly. Having said that, I would get a large next time anyway.
