I thought I received them in a timely since they were custom cut. Staff was very friendly when I called to give them my specifications. The only thing is that it came without any instructions. The price went down a bit which made me smile even though personally thought price showen wasn't bad at all. Louis who helped me with my order was very helpful and quick. He said they would arrive in a week and half and they were RIGHT ON TIME!! :) .. We replaced a swing door and 2 side windows with a sliding glass door making the room brighter and although lovely, I felt like I was living in a fishbowl so i wanted something to cover the window but didn't want to spend a huge amount of money due to the sun WILL fade my blinds eventually So these were a nice addition. The quality is very nice and my Husband I couldn't be happier.
