I bought this in January for my son's 40th birthday, which is today. I like to plan ahead for present buying, so when this arrived I had a quick look over it & it seemed fine - apart from it being pretty ugly, but as he loves Alien stuff, I thought he would appreciate it; however, on opening the package this morning, the hinge connecting the lid broke off. I am not able to return it because I bought it so long ago. I am so disappointed that something as expensive as this should be so badly made. Don't buy this, it is cheaply made & a total waste of money.

Very low quality. First one arrived broken, replacement had paint missing. Not a collectable at all in my opinion.

Opening this my heart sank and then sank some more. I can't even believe a company can try and pass the item that was sent as the product in the photo they use.. It is all soo badly done before we even mention it is not even the same. Given that I can't be bothered to send it back I decided to repaint it... Having never lifted a brush before in my life and only 70% finished you should be totally ashamed at the quality of the painting on your ""collectible"". The lack of effort, care & attention to detail is something else. A bin man probably wouldn't even collect it but he can always pick up the star I was made give you to write this at the same time..

DON’T order this product. With a price tag like that you’d think it would be a high quality item with a paint job to match. But it literally looks like a 10 year old has painted it and looks nothing like the what they’re selling it as. There is next to no detail on it, even the sculpt is different and the tail section isn’t as shown. I was so disappointed when I opened the box and saw it and it was a complete pain to return as well. Luckily I got my money!

I’ve just sent this back! I brought it for my husband and he was just as disappointed as me! The paint job is patchy and the photos are misleading they make it look extremely detailed when it’s far from it!

Disgraceful quality for how expensive this item is, no care or attention to detail. This item should be taken off of Amazon, it’s false advertisement.
