I purchased this knife after a recommendation from my daughter. I use it to cut my sourdough bread and it works perfectly. It fits your hands nicely and cuts a beautiful slice. I recommend keeping the knife so that you can cover the blade when you put it in the drawer because the blade is extremely sharp.

Wish I wouldve ordered sooner. Nothing has cut my crusty and sometimes very tough SD bread like this knife. Worth the money!

I had to turn the blade around and make new holes so that i can use it with my dominant hand, but it works well.

Well… I mean it cut the bread..

I order this because I am a terrible bread cutter. I was disappointed that if you use it the way you’re supposed to it will give you a very large slice of bread. My husband did some modifying so the slice isn’t so large. The blade is very sharp so you will want to keep that in mind. I do like that it comes with a cover for the blade. I think that the cost is do able. Love the appearance and the quality. I feel that the durability is quite well.
