HP 8300 4K Gaming Computer Intel Quad Core i5 upto 3.6GHz, 8GB, 1TB HD, Nvidia GT730 4GB, Windows 10 Pro, WiFi, USB 3.0 (Renewed)

I love my new computer. This is my first gaming system but I have no glitzes, or lag time while playing games. It's super quite. Tech support was suberp! The first one I received was damaged in transit and they were very patient in walking me through the steps to try to get it up and running. This incompessed several days since I would call them from work, go home and do the steps then when it didn't work write down the message and call them back. When everything failed they never gave me a hard time. They quickly e-mailed me the return label and mailed out my replacement computer. They were great!!!! When it comes time to replace my laptop I will buy from them.

Overall the product works as expected. The computer was sent in great condition, the company forgot a VGA cable in my packaged, but messaged me about it and told me it was being sent out (so that's great customer service there.) My only complaint that I have is for the graphics card which is no longer supported by Nvidia. Though, even with that being said the card does work just fine for the games I bought this computer for, mainly World of Warcraft. I will be buying a second computer soon for the wife.

Did a lot of waiting before hitting this piece off the shelf. There are a few companies selling this config as a mid-level gaming desktop and if you are lazy like me you wait for a good deal where you can have someone assemble a tower for you and it's still cheaper than buying all the parts and doing it yourself. This became that deal!- First, it arrived 5 days too early so that was a big surprise.- Secondly, after immediately inspecting it to its guts I came to find that all was exactly shipped as declared.- The 1TB turns out to be 2 Seagate barracuda 7200rpm 500GB drives that look brand new, as the whole inside does.- The graphic card also to my surprise, is an actual orig. Nvidia GT730 with 4GB of Ram made by Nvidia. It beats in my opinion any iMac 21.5Inch cards that were available (maxed at 2GB) that time around 2012-2014.- A nice micro Wifi USB thingy is also included alongside a wired keyboard and a wired mouse in a separated box.All I really had to do is go back to Amazon and grab a 128GB SSD($19.99 lol), a 256GB SSD($29.99), 2x8GB of TimeTec DDR3 Ram, a Bluetooth micro USB thingy, everything less than $100 total in additional costs.Spent $380 on a machine that will cause serious damage with complex After Effects jobs. The parts added together possibly equal the 280 paid for this deal. Big kudos to everyone who wants to recycle an old PC and give it a new more powerful purpose with parts so cheap like never before.

Horrible for gaming! Does not come with wi fi card. Has very little room for upgrades. Does not come with software credentials and I am still waiting for a response to the email requesting the info that should be ON the PC as a label or sticker. Had to contact seller and can only contact via Amazon. Save yourself the trouble... I am very unhappy with this purchase.

The computer works as it should. Nothing is perfect about it but it’s does it’s job. However the case is jammed shut and the latch on the side doesn’t work. Other than that it works well and everything came safe and protected and all parts were included.

Bought this to start with a budget gaming pc, had an issue with the shipping, contacted the seller and had the issue resolved in less than a day and had my pc in less than two.The pc has performed exceptionally well for the three weeks I’ve had it.Only had one issue with processing power but only on the most demanding game

This is a decent system. Unfortunately it may not work for games such as kingdom hearts. Call of duty, anything fast paced basically. So I will have to buy a better graphics card if I want to play such games. Seems to run a little slow for a new (refurbished) pc.

This tower seems to be great. I’m not an expert, but it’s fast and does everything I need. I didn’t rate the gaming or tech support because I haven’t used either. I bought this for my craft room, specifically for my cricut
