Very discreet and can be flipped and worn on your top teeth or bottom teeth. These are slim and small enough that your mouth will easily remain closed while you sleep.It took a couple of nights to get used to but after that wearing these for a few mlre days stopped the crippling pain I suddenly started to get from clenching my teeth at night.Highly recommended!!

Good product, not sure why some people say it last for 1 night. I've been wearing one for over 3 weeks now. I clean it with toothpaste & toothbrush after each night. Some people state that it doesn't fit, it comes off theirs teeth - yes it is not fit perfectly, however, if I can suggest to wear it just before you are ready to sleep, stop moving your toung, relax and try to open your jaw without opening your mouth. After a week I've learned to sleep like this, no more jaw clenching, however, I am still wearing it till I am fully independent. Try it may work for you too. I remove it in the morning, clean it and re- use at night again. Still on my first one, still great condition, it's more about to train yourself to try to sleep with your jaw open ( not a mouth). Great for night time wear and really helps with the grinding. A little uncomfortable on the gums

I have lower back teeth missing so these shields slipped around and weren't very comfortable

Absolute waste of money - completely untrue that one size fits all. I cannot keep these in place over my teeth whilst I’m awake as they just slip off so I’m sure they could well be a choke hazard whilst sleeping. They are nothing more than a flimsy cheap bit of a plastic strip angled at the back to cover your back tooth only & I haven’t a clue how you could possibly keep them in place to protect your teeth.

I unfortunately tried these and bought them from Amazon upon seeing them in a shop. Upon trying one it became quite clear that they do not fit on your teeth very well.You just need to move your mouth and jaw and they come loose. I regarded this as a hazard and sent them back. Plus, these are not permanent guards either, they are disposable.These did not work for me but maybe somebody with a larger jaw would get on better. Either way I don't think this is the solution and is quite expensive if you have to keep disposing of them.

Great, comfortable to wear. Not sure about whitening qualities though?I wash mine, then put in water and it’s ready for the night. They say change every 3/4 days but with good cleanliness you can go much longer kept in water.

Oh wow!!!After maybe years of having an achey jaw and the dentist telling me to not wear a mouth guard because it will make me clench more i have found the answer!!!!They do the opposite of making me clench more and this morning i have woken up without jaw ache. I also clench my teeth when i drive so i will be using them in there too.I was so dubious about buying after reading the mixed reviews but so glad i did. I imagine these to be alot comfier than a whole teeth guard too.
