The product was marketed with time setting, touch controls, 3 temperature settings, and wheels for salon and home use, but it fell short in almost every aspect.First, the touch controls were extremely unresponsive. I had to press multiple times for it to register anything, which was incredibly frustrating while trying to dry my hair. Additionally, the temperature settings were inconsistent; it wouldn’t maintain the desired heat level, making the drying process uneven and time-consuming.The wheels, which were supposed to make it portable, didn't work efficiently either. They got stuck and made maneuvering the dryer a hassle rather than the convenience it promised. The overall build also felt flimsy and cheap. For something that's supposed to be used in professional settings, it lacks durability.Lastly, it was very noisy. I expected some level of sound, but this was beyond acceptable, making it hard to use in a home setting without disturbing others. It took a little while to figure out how the wheels fit, but once it was assembled it was very efficient, and a pleasure to use. Unlike traditional Hood dryers, this one does not lower down over your head, but is more like a cap. The hood does not lower but rather has a shield that when lowered over your forehead, keeps the heat inside the cap. It is nice that it has two settings, because the lower heat setting is less likely to damage hair. It dries hair very quickly and efficiently.

We bought this Ionic Standing Hair Dryer as a gift for my girlfriend’s best friend, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver as expected. Despite the convenient features like touch controls and adjustable height, the dryer’s performance was underwhelming. The temperature settings don't seem consistent, with the "high heat" barely doing the job, and it takes way too long to dry hair fully. The base doesn’t feel as stable as it should, making it feel somewhat flimsy, and the wheels aren’t as smooth as advertised. My girlfriend’s friend was really looking forward to it, but overall, she’s pretty disappointed with its quality and performance.

Product works very well. I have used it a few times. It definitely gets the job done. It was very easy to put together. Would order again if need be.

This is convenient to have and use for home styling. It feels almost hit or miss depending on the person using it. Typically someone with thicker hair, this seems to take a longer time to dry as oppose to someone with finer hair type. It's easy to move around, set up, and use. If anything, this will free up your hands so you can use your phone while you wait.
