Spyder Men's Contact Insulated Ski Hooded Snow Jacket

This is a clean looking jacket and I get a lot of nice comments on it. It has a lot of nice little extras built in like a webbed pocked with a lens cleaning cloth that is sewn to a tether so you can't lose it, a elastic "draft stopper" sewn in around the waist area, wrist zipper, pit zippers and a wind shield under the main zipper. The draft stopper elastic can be snapped out of the way with two little hidden clips under the main zipper flaps. The material is stiffer but the inside is comfortable. I wear a lighter layer underneath and my upper body hasn't gotten cold in 15-20 deg F temps though I don't use it in higher wind situations. It is not a arctic jacket by any means, so if it is frigid this might not be enough, but had it in 10 deg F temps with low wind and it was still okay with a couple of light under layers. It is slimmer fitting so if you like a bit looser fit and to wear multiple layers I'd go the next size larger than normal. All the zippers work well and are tight, no problems yet with anything. I did get it on sale so for the sale price so it is a great value and working well so far. I'd buy it again without hesitation.

Zipper on this coat would not stay closed. It would split in the middle while zipped. Was only worn twice very lightly.
