Review: You can feel the tension as soon as you stand up - The packaging was great. The instructions were straight forward. The pictures could be a little bigger, but overall I was able to follow the instructions. I tried it out and I could definitely feel the tension even when I was just walking around. After doing a few of the exercises, I could feel the burn in my legs and I was already winded because of the effort needed to jump. This feels like a great alternative to the more expensive jump trainers.
