However, the tablets are quite large and not the easiest to swallow, and they have a very sour taste if they start to dissolve in your mouth. I’d also recommend taking them with food and being a little careful with what you have alongside them. Personally, I’ve noticed they can upset my stomach if taken with things like milk or coffee with cream. I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference yet, so I’m still waiting to see whether the longer-term immune support is noticeable.
