It's been troublesome
I guess this only connects to N networks as I've had trouble connecting to routers that were merely in the other room. I have also found that having a second antenna connected in the ALT socket interferes with the signal, and is therefore better with just the one antenna. I ended up using a USB WIFI dongle (3 x 3cm in size) that was way better and without the need of an external antenna! The bluetooth wasn't always reliable as well!I have decided to look for one that connects to AC networks as they are not only faster when connected to a compatible router, but better for areas of weaker signal.

Bargain price - but what about drivers?
I'm trying one of these to overcome the Samsung laptop/Windows 10 issue. (Some Samsung laptops won't let you migrate from Windows 7 - due to a Realtek wireless card incompatibility problem). Still trying to get a working driver for it so I can download Windows 10. Or is it just my laptop? If you go to one of the driver download websites, you're quite likely to find that you can download it, but then end up being required to pay a fee to unlock it. In which case it makes sense to purchase an Intel wireless card in the first place, as they give direct access to drivers via their website.P.S. it wouldn't work with Windows 7 - although I think my laptop was the problem. Once I had moved to Windows 10 (which automatically includes a large number of Microsoft drivers) I now have full functionality.
