After trying other adapters, I received this one today and I was able to connect my Xbox Series S to my Benq Xl2411p and the image produced instantly. I then proceeded to go to the settings on my Xbox (Tv and Display Options) selected 120hz on the drop-down menu (previously locked at 60hz) asked to keep refresh rate and I selected confirm.
