ArteMonte collect the game they use from hunters in the surrounding fields and ridged valleys. This means that they can ensure the traceability of all their game. By handling the entire process, from the collection to processing and final packaging, ArteMonte can ensure quality. As well as making elegant patés, they cure game and make game chorizos.Enjoying ArteMonte Wild Boar Pat spread on toast and add a grind of black pepper and a squeeze of lemonuse to stuff chicken breastsas a cocktail spread: chop with Spanish Gordal olives and Marcona almonds Basque style 'pintxo' or tapa: spread on a round of French bread and top with crispy panceta or bacon spread on crackers and add a little quince paste or redcurrant jelly             Ingredients          Wild Boar (31.5 %).
