## Description

Running, walking, or training outdoors should feel empowering and not uncertain. The SABRE Runner Pepper Gel is specifically designed for active lifestyles, helping you stay protected, visible, and confident whether you're hitting the pavement, trails, or city streets. Unlike traditional sprays that disperse into the air, this advanced pepper gel formula deploys in a focused stream, giving you greater control and accuracy while helping reduce wind blowback. This means the protection stays on the intended target, making it a reliable option in outdoor environments where wind and movement can impact performance. With an effective range of up to 16 feet and up to 13 seconds of spray time, you can maintain a safer distance while responding to potential threats. The longer spray duration helps provide protection against multiple attackers, giving you critical time to escape and get to safety. What truly sets this product apart is its runner-specific design. The adjustable 360° reflective hand strap keeps the pepper gel securely positioned in your hand, allowing for immediate deployment without interrupting your stride. It also enhances visibility to drivers and others in low-light conditions; an essential safety factor, as many pedestrian incidents occur at night. Engineered for both performance and peace of mind, the SABRE Runner Pepper Gel includes: Maximum strength OC formula tested for consistency and reliability, UV marking dye to help authorities identify attackers after use, Twist-lock safety to prevent accidental discharge, Compact, lightweight design ideal for running, walking, hiking, or commuting. Whether you’re running before sunrise, walking after work, or training alone, this pepper gel provides a powerful combination of quick access, strong deterrence, and confidence on the move.

Review: Security and Protection are #1 - I mean, I hope I never really need to use the spray. and I don't really know if it has an expiration date, but the holder and light alone are amazing. I use it on all my dusk, dawn and night runs as well as anywhere I might be a lone runner or near spicy wildlife areas. Luckily, none of the wildlife, or human life, I've run around have needed a warning shot, but this spray is so lightweight and easy to carry, and comfortable to hold in your hand. I appreciate the added layer of confidence it brings. I highly recommend this for anyone who goes out on their own to run, or even someone who'd like an extra light, with a bit more security, when getting into their car in a dark parking lot or garage. The color has slightly faded in the sun, but this does not affect the way it works.
Review: Added security & easy to use! - Bought for my daughter who runs in a larger downtown area. She loves the addes security, even though she tries to not run in areas where it really might be needed. No issues with accidental discharge, and hand strap works well for her in active setting.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic!
*by A***) on September 12, 2025*

Great product! As a runner, I really appreciate a hand/wrist strap for pepper spray to keep it easily accessible while keeping my hands free. My last one was also from Sabre, and when I damaged the cute pink strap, they were awesome and replaced it for free even though it was totally my fault. So when I lost it, I was thrilled to see Sabre makes this one with a light. Even though I wear a head light, extra visibility is always a bonus, especially if you’re trying to find or use a lifesaving device in the dark when every second counts! Plus this one says it sprays up to 13 seconds and up to 12 feet, both more than most others this size. I gave it a quick test spray when I got it as they recommended, and I was surprised to see it actually went a full 12 feet! This is much farther than my other ones this size did. It’s a solid stream gel, so the wood won’t blow it around as easily. The light is actually both brighter and lighter than I expected it to be. And the strap is a little longer than my pink one was, so it actually fits around my wrist even with my winter running jacket on, although I probably won’t be able to layer underneath it which is fine because I can put it around my fingers like I used to. It’s good, heavy duty Velcro. I couldn’t get the product manual code to work, and the search bar on their website doesn’t pull up this model number, but I found it by scrolling under the manuals. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer a free replacement guarantee if the product fails anytime before the expiration date. The expiration date on mine is in 3 1/2 years. There’s also a one year warranty on the wrist strap. The only thing they could do better would be to reverse the direction of the Velcro covering the battery because you can accidentally pull it off when you’re trying to take the wrist strap off. But I like everything else about it so much that I’ve already ordered replacement pepper gel just in case I would need it, and I ordered a few extra for friends.
