Beko CRFG1552W 50/50 Frost Free Fridge Freezer - White [Energy Class A+]

Bought as a replacement for the fridge freezer I got when i moved into my flat 27 years ago.I had got used to the noise it made, then it finally died of old age.This one is almost silent In comparison. At first I thought it was not working at all. A very low level hum. The old one sounded like a cement mixer in comparison.I do wish modern fridge/freezer units adopted a more 50:50 volume approach. The one it replaced was probably close to 50:50, this is more like 60(fridge):30(freezer) but they all are.I did not realise/notice when I bought it, but both the fridge and freezer are frost free, so no defrosting needed. BONUS!One thing, to get it to the required 4 centigrade of lower it needs to be set to almost max. About 4.3 on the dial that is 1 to 4 and then MAX. Who knows how wam it would be on 1? Probably useless. But it is running at 3c to 4c, so cold enough.

This appears to be a nicely appointed fridge freezer. It looks to be split 50/50 fridge/freezer. But the freezer section is much smaller - probably 25% of the usable capacity of the fridge section. The drawers are not particularly spacious, and the motor / pump area takes some space and makes the bottom drawer particularly small and poorly shaped - losing even more practicable space - more like a glove compartment. So do not overestimate how much you think you can load into the freezer.

Very nice fridge freezer. My girlfriend moved into her new flat at the start of the hot weather and found the in situ white goods were not chilling the prossecco to her liking, thus giving me ear ache when she got home from work. I pulled out my phone scrolled thru a list of choices and ALI KAZAAM a brand new fridge freezer appeared. Very prompt and polite service, the two delivery chaps were most helpfull. The size of the compartments etc were all perfect. Thanks

fantastic fridge freezer. looks fantastic great design, led light, 3 compartments in bottom, plenty storage in top, keeps food drink very cold, my last beko lasted 10 years and is still going strong but it was silver moved home changed to white only reason we upgraded hope this one lasts as long. 5*

Love this fridge freezer! Delivery men excellent and so helpful, cheerful and friendly.Fridge freezer itself is brilliant. I use it as second freezer but wish it was in my aim kitchen!

This fridge/freezer does exactly what we wanted. It fits in our shed perfectly and provides the additional fridge and freezer space we need. Very happy with purchase. This is our second Beko fridge/freezer; both have been great.
