Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the MoneyI bought an Orient cooler hoping for a reliable and efficient cooling experience, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. Within just a few weeks, the cooler started making loud, annoying noises. The cooling itself is very poor — it barely brings down the room temperature even when the water tank is full. The plastic build feels cheap and fragile, and the swing function stopped working properly after just a month.Customer service was equally disappointing. I tried reaching out for repairs, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I would not recommend this product to anyone. This is one of the best coolers for this price range. Orient is also reliable. I was using my old orient cooler for almost ten years now and now purchased this. Happy with this as well...

This is an unbelievable air cooler.It's build quality is not so good but looks like really good.Consume all 70 ltr water in arround 16-20 hour.Efficient for a big room

Good for small room.I've purchased it last year, works upto 42, 43⁰C temperature. In june temperature around 45⁰C or more, then it fails.As my room is west facing, there is direct sunlight after 2pm, so it fails in june even it is inefficient during june nights.You can buy it if there is no direct sunlight in ur room.No ice chamberWheels are there.... movement easy3 fan speeds, that are good actually

I purchased this cooler last year mid may and use for only 1 month and then again using this year from April first week, technically it’s not been a year and from the perspective of usage i have only used it for 3 months and already the water pump has stopped working. The water supply has stopped due to which the cooler has become useless for me. Not at all a good brand to purchase products from. And when i tried reaching out to customer care for warranty they are also not raising the warranty. Asking personally to reach out to brand.
