I was surprised to open this kit and find just a bag of minerals. I expected them to be labeled, so I would know what each one is. I printed the picture from the Amazon seller's description and figured out what is what but if I was a total beginner, even that could be difficult. Although I would prefer a box with 9 separate labeled spots to hold the 9 mineral specimens, This kit will suit me just fine.
