The idea was simple: get something a bit bitter so I’d only have one or two pieces, put the bar back in the fridge, and avoid demolishing the whole thing in one sitting.Unfortunately, this plan completely failed.These Ferrero Rocher 70% cocoa dark chocolate bars with hazelnuts are far too delicious. Yes, they’ve got that proper dark chocolate richness and slight bitterness you’d expect from 70% cocoa, but they’re also incredibly smooth and dangerously moreish. The hazelnuts add just the right amount of crunch and sweetness, and before you know it, half the bar has mysteriously vanished.From what I understand, dark chocolate is also meant to be a bit better for cholesterol, so naturally I convinced myself this was a healthy life choice.
